I don’t know about you, but it’s practically summer here in upstate NY. We have temperatures in the mid-forties, and best of all, sunshine! I love that photo! I’ve not tried lemon squares before but that photo made it looked so mouthwatering..with the lemon curd oozing out from the centre. now i want to try some… and like Sarah, i’m hopping over too…
