I made something pretty similar to this last year…it was delish!! your gnochis are beautiful. Have you ever tried frying them instead of boiling them?

Beautiful! My mom bought me a food processor for my birthday, so I think that’d be perfect for the potatoes, since I don’t have a potato ricer either. The dish sounds too good not to try it out myself!

What a beautiful job you did! I am so impressed. I attempted gnocchi once and they turned out so poorly that I have never tried them again. I love the idea of using sweet potatoes too. This sounds like an exquisite dish and so perfect for the season.

I have to try these; I get a great sweet potato fettuccine from the farmer’s market in the summer and I miss it so think these need to be made. I glaze with a brown butter/brown sugar/cinnamon glaze; mouth watering now!
