jj – This recipe doesn’t require you to cook the eggs; however you certainly can if you are concerned about the use of raw eggs. Hope that helps!

You don’t cook the eggs at all? The recipe doesn’t show any custard making before putting in the ice cream maker??? Did I miss something?

No matter what I had for dinner I always seem to find room for icecream. Cinnamon is such an obvious match for vanilla it’s amazing we don’t see this more often. Lovely.
