Penny Pinching Pantry Raid Food List

Now that it’s almost time for bed, I’m finally posting my list of food. Hubby and I had plans all night, so I’m just now getting around to it. Looking at the list though, I’m actually feeling even more excited about the food challenge! I think we have a good starting point for the next four weeks, and it’ll definitely be a great excuse to use some of the food we already have that I just keep forgetting about (8 packages frozen vegetables, anyone?). It should be fun; I’m looking forward to it!

I also just wanted to add that our $100 will be going to cover all of our breakfasts, dinners, and snacks for the four weeks – but not our lunches. We have a separate budget for that (and honestly, a lot of the time we eat leftovers anyway). Extra baking stuff I need will fall under the challenge to some extent, but also under another budget category as well, since I often bake for events and whatnot. Anyway – on to the food!
