Good Goodies

It’s been almost two months, but the Goodie Plate has finally found its way back to me. I guess I should expect the traveling time to increase as we add continue to add new recipients to the rotation – it’s all part of the fun! Here is what I recieved:
I’m not sure what they’re called, but I call them Apple Cheesecake Squares – baked apple with cinnamon and sugar, sprinkled on top of a cheesecake filling with a buttery crumble top. I think I may have also tasted oats in the crust. All good things! You can tell because at the time this picture was taken, the goodies were almost half gone.
I’ll have to put off my next Goodie Plate creation for a little bit, since I’ve got a few baking projects for this weekend already in the works. But, I’ll start coming up with ideas…and taking suggestions!

Shelly – that makes me excited! I can’t eat cheesecake there, because they don’t guarantee that their cheesecakes don’t have peanuts/nuts in them (I’m allergic)…so I am excited that this looks so similar to your favorite!
