Grilled Fajitas - 2

Believe it or not, a couple nights ago, I was tired and didn’t feel like cooking. However, I’m secretly glad about that, because hubby cooked up his version of my beef fajitas, grilled style. They were gooooood.  And just as easy as my wok style fajitas. Here’s what he used.

Servings: 6

Grilled Fajitas - 1

Cook the rice according to package directions. While it’s cooking, sauté the green pepper and onion in vegetable oil and shred the lettuce. Grill up the steak; when it has reach the desired doneness, cut it into thin strips. Toss everything into a warm tortilla. That’s it!  Simple and flavorful. Many thanks to my sous chef!

    Again, I always find myself looking at your site when I’m hungry. Shame on you for teasing me! Guess what! Oh I’ll just tell you! I used the crock pot again today and I made a delicious roast from the recipe book you gave me. But sadly I put too much rosemary (more than 2x as much needed) so it tastes a little rosemary-like. Keep up the good food!
