Chicken Marsala

Chicken marsala is one of my new favorite meals to make for dinner. It’s relatively quick, and the chicken is always tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Give it a try…you won’t be disappointed!
Servings: 4
- 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 box spaghetti or linguine
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Using a meat tenderizer, pound each of the chicken breasts to 1/4″ thickness.
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Coat the chicken in the mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet, and cook the garlic over medium heat until lightly browned. Add in the mushrooms and parsley and cook for a few minutes longer.
Add the chicken to the skillet, and cook about 10 minutes or until light brown, flipping as necessary.
Add the Marsala wine, then cook for another 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cover; let the chicken simmer for about 10 minutes longer or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Serve over the pasta!

Mmmm! Why does everything look so tasty on here?! What is your rate for a personal chef? Please be reasonable! I’m just a poor college student!

I’m hoping it’s because of the photography.
I will gladly cook for you…but you’re going to have to fly me out.

Feather14 – I use Marsala cooking wine, and it’s a little on the sweeter side.
