BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

This is my go-to recipe for BBQ pulled pork. After spending the day in the slow-cooker, the beef is perfectly flavored and tender. It’s perfect for fall, football season, or any kind of party!

Servings: 6-8

  • 4 lbs boneless pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat
  • 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup medium salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp red cooking wine
  • Your favorite rolls

Cut the pork loin into small chunks, and throw them in your slow-cooker.

Mix everything (except the rolls, of course) together in the slow-cooker.

Cover and cook for 8 hours on low heat. I like to set it before I go to work, and then come home to a wonderful-smelling house!

Shred the pork using two forks, right in the slow-cooker. The pork will be so tender that it’ll practically fall apart! Serve on the rolls.

I love pulled pork sandwiches! I usually serve it was coleslaw and corn. It’s making me hungry just thinking about it! I don’t have a slow cooker, but this makes me want to get one.
